At Same Day Gifts, we aim to provide high-quality gift hampers and a reliable delivery experience. Due to the nature of our products and same day delivery service, the following policy applies.


Returns

As our gift hampers contain perishable and consumable items, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been prepared or dispatched.

If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Late requests after dispatch

Please ensure all order details are correct at checkout.


Delivery Issues

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

This includes:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund depending on the situation.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the items
  • Your order number

This allows us to assess the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Delivery Timeframes

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time. While we aim to deliver within the same day, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect delivery details
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Access restrictions (such as apartments, offices or hospitals)
  • Courier or traffic delays

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided:

  • Additional redelivery fees may apply
  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries

Product Substitutions

In the event a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
