We currently deliver across metro Melbourne. If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery zone, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time.

  • Orders placed before the cut-off will be delivered the same day
  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next business day

Delivery is typically completed between business hours, however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Timeframes

While we aim to deliver all same day orders within the same day, delivery times may vary depending on:

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery:

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided:

  • Additional redelivery fees may apply
  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries

Authority to Leave

By placing an order, you authorise Same Day Gifts to leave the package at the delivery address if no one is available, unless otherwise specified.

Once the delivery has been completed, responsibility for the item passes to the recipient.
